About this Yatra
Experience a spiritually enriching journey to the sacred Himalayan shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath, two of the most revered temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. This Do Dham Yatra combines devotion, scenic Himalayan landscapes, sacred river confluences, and traditional pilgrim routes.
Beginning from Haridwar, the journey follows the holy Mandakini and Alaknanda river valleys, passing through ancient towns, spiritual sites, and breathtaking mountain terrain. Pilgrims get the opportunity to perform darshan at Kedarnath Jyotirlinga and Badrinath Dham while enjoying comfortable stays and guided transfers throughout the journey. This itinerary is designed to balance spirituality, safety, and comfort while allowing adequate time for temple visits and rest in high-altitude regions.
Itinerary
Welcome at Haridwar (airport / railway / hotel). Drive to Guptkashi via scenic Himalayan routes alongside the Mandakini River. En route enjoy mountain landscapes and spiritual surroundings.
Optional visit to Narishwar Temple and Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi. Check-in at hotel. Dinner and overnight at Guptkashi or Phata.
Early breakfast. Proceed to Kedarnath (one of the 12 Jyotirlingas). Trek from Gaurikund or helicopter transfer from Phata/Sersi/Sitapur (advance booking recommended).
Darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Overnight at Kedarnath or nearby.
Early morning darshan. Trek down to Gaurikund, then drive to Guptkashi via Sonprayag. Check-in and relax.
Dinner and overnight at Guptkashi or Phata.
After breakfast, depart for Badrinath Dham. Drive with spectacular valley views. Check-in at hotel.
Holy dip in Tapt Kund (optional), visit Badrinath Temple and attend evening Aarti. Overnight at Badrinath.
After breakfast, explore Badrinath surroundings, then drive back to Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun via Joshimath and Panch Prayag (Vishnuprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag).
Drop at airport, railway station or bus stand. Yatra concludes.

Accommodation on double / triple sharing basis at comfortable hotels.
Daily breakfast and dinner at hotels as per itinerary.
All transfers and sightseeing by private vehicle with driver allowance, fuel charges and parking.
Pickup and drop from Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun.

Exclusions
Helicopter tickets for Kedarnath (unless specified in the package).
Pony, palki or porter charges for personal use.
Expenses such as laundry, tips, phone calls, etc.
Entry fees or special darshan tickets at temples or monuments.
Lunch and in-between snacks during the journey.
Travel insurance is not included.
Any expenses arising due to weather, road blockage, or natural calamities.
